Dr. Cole is a native of central Indiana who is dedicated to the vision care and well being of his patients and community. After receiving his Bachelors of Science with Highest Distinction from Purdue University, Dr. Cole continued his education by completing his Doctor of Medicine degree and Ophthalmology Residency at Indiana University. He also completed a medical Internship at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital.
Dr. Cole is Board Certified Ophthalmic Surgeon specializing in cataract surgery, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, glaucoma, dry eye, minor eyelid procedures, and comprehensive eye examinations. Dr. Cole is also the current Department Chairman of Ophthalmology for Community Hospitals of Indianapolis. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Indianapolis Medical Society, and the Indiana State Medical Association.
